Welcome to International Worshippers of Jesus Christ (IWOJC). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

IWOJC provides various services including but not limited to:

• Online worship services and prayer meetings
• Prayer request submission and community prayer support
• Bible study resources and audio Bible features
• Event registration and calendar management
• Community chat and messaging features
• Donation processing
• Educational and ministry resources

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time without prior notice.

Your Content

You may submit content such as prayer requests, comments, messages, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting content, you grant IWOJC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Services.

Content Standards

All User Content must:

• Be respectful and appropriate for a faith-based community
• Not contain hate speech, discriminatory language, or profanity
• Not infringe on the rights of others
• Not contain false or misleading information
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

Content Monitoring

We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. However, we are not obligated to monitor all content.

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by IWOJC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be used without our prior written permission. All other trademarks, service marks, and logos used on our Services are the property of their respective owners.

If you make donations through our Services:

• All donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless required by law
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for the donation amount
• You are responsible for providing accurate payment information
• We use third-party payment processors and are not responsible for their actions
• Donation receipts will be provided for tax purposes as applicable

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IWOJC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Services
• Warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free

We do not guarantee that our Services will meet your requirements or that any errors will be corrected.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IWOJC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
